Strengthening Regional Capability for Security Incident Response in Latin America and the Caribbean
This project is managed by the Latin American and Caribbean Internet Addresses Registry (LACNIC) and receives funds from the International Development Research Center of Canada (IDRC).
The main purpose of the project is to increase the diffusion, knowledge and attention of the e-security challenge in the different countries of Latin America and the Caribbean principally at the private sphere of companies and social organizations. The main approach is to promote the diffusion and training in the methodology of Computer Security Incident Response Teams (CSIRT). For that purpose, original public contents will be developed for the training of experts from the region.
We invite all the community to participate in the exchange of experiences and knowledge and in the development of technical contents in relevant topics within the field of e-security, through a collaborative platform specially developed for that purpose.
